Benefits:

  • Day time flight only
  • 1 passager only on board

Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years old to write the exam
  • Class 1,3, or 4 Medical Certificate
  • No experience required

Training:

  • Theory classes are not mandatory (But there is an exam to pass!)
  • Passing mark of 60% for the written exam
  • Radio certificate
  • 5 hrs solo flight
  • 15 hrs with an instructor
  • 25 hrs total flight time

Benefits:

  • Possibility to add some qualifications
  • Possibility to carry more than 1 passager

Prerequisites:

  • Minimum age: 17 years old
  • Medical certificate of category 1 or 3
  • No previous experience required

Training:

  • 40 hrs of theory in class

    • Meteorology
    • Aero engines
    • Instruments
    • Communication
    • Navigation
    • Aerodromes & airspaces
    • Licences
    • Human factors & airmanship
  • Student pilot permit
  • PSTAR
  • Radio certificate
  • Written exam
  • Minimum 45 hrs of total flight time
    • 17 hrs of flight time with an instructor
    • 12 hrs minimum of solo time
  • Flight test – PPL

  • 80 hrs theory in class

  • Minimum 100 hrs flight time as Pilot-in-command
  • Written exam (60%)
  • 65 hrs of flight after the issue of a private licence
    • 35 hrs with an instructor
    • 30 hrs solo
  • Night flying qualification
  • OTT qualification
  • Taildragger training (optional)
  • Upset recovery training (optional)
  • Possibility to add IFR qualification
  • Flight test – 200 hrs total
